Unfortunately the venue has reprinted ALL tickets and this means that all fan club members must come to Gate 28 (Porte 28) to receive NEW tickets even if they received their tickets in the mail. If you received your tickets in the mail - please just bring your old tickets with you and the name on the order and we will be happy to swap them out for you.

Please Note: If you bought tickets for both shows - you will have to pick up your tickets for Thursday's show on Thursday. We will not have Thursday Tickets printed until Thursday morning.

Customers that ordered General Admission tickets will be upgraded to the Early Entry VIP Package. If you purchased seated tickets, we will be refunding you any shipping you were charged. Please allow two weeks for refunds to be processed. If your order included tickets for multiple cities, we will not be refunding shipping yet, as those tickets still have time to arrive for later shows.

If you purchased General Admission tickets, Early Entry will take place at Gate 28. Your General Admission tickets will be a different color than all other tickets and that will let security know that you have permission for early entry. Once you collect your tickets at the box office at Gate 28 - you will then have to line up for early entry. Early Entry is scheduled to start at Gate 28 at 4:45pm, please make sure you are there no later than 4:45.

If you have seated tickets, Doors are scheduled to open at 5:00 PM. Once you have your tickets you may enter through Gate 28 or with the General Public.

The TurnUp Group Box Office will be open from 1pm-7:45pm. Please make sure you have collected your tickets before the box office closes.
