Beyonce has trainer living with her to help her drop 40 pounds

Beyonce has a secret weapon when it comes to losing her baby weight. Reports say that the new mom has had her trainer move in to guide her through two-a-day workouts.

According to Star, the pop diva’s trainer, Marco Borges, is living in Beyonce and Jay-Z's home to whip the new mom into shape. The magazine reports that Beyonce has already lost 14 of the 40 pounds she gained while pregnant with daughter Blue Ivy Carter, who was born Jan. 7.

A source tells the magazine, "Beyonce and Marco are up at 5 a.m. for a two-hour workout, and they do it again at 5 p.m. They do a mix of cardio, Pilates, plyometrics, yoga and, of course, dance."

At the same time, the source says that Beyonce is carefully watching what she eats and is "living on protein shakes, egg-white omelettes, pineapple chunks and lots of ice-cold water."

Beyonce was seen out for the first time since giving birth earlier this month, looking fabulous in a ruched red dress that took full advantage of her curvy figure. The source says that Beyonce is excited to lose even more of her baby weight.

"She’s exhausted but totally dedicated," explains the source. "Beyonce’s vowed to have a better body than ever before… and she’s a woman of her word."

Beyonce Knowles' father Mathew has been singing the same song her serenaded his baby daughter with to his granddaughter Blue Ivy Carter.

The 'Crazy in Love' hitmaker's dad Mathew Knowles - who managed her career until last year - dotes on the two-month-old tot and serenades her with the same songs he used to sing to baby Beyonce.

Asked about being a grandfather on UK TV show 'Lorraine', Mathew, 61, said: "Solange, my youngest daughter has Julez, my grandson who I love, he's seven years old, he's at school and then there's Blue Ivy.

"I was with Blue Ivy two days ago, I had her in my arms and was singing a song I used to sing to Beyonce and then after I finished singing the song she kind of went, 'Ahhhh.' "

All of Beyonce's family love spending time with Blue Ivy - the singer's first child with husband Jay-Z - and her mother Tina recently revealed the tot is "doing great".

Tina - who is divorced from Mathew - said: "She's doing great. She's beautiful.

"[Being a grandma is] amazing. It's the second best job I've ever had."

While Tina is smitten with the baby, she is unsure just yet as to which of her famous parents the tot resembles.
